How it works

Everyone in the database submits a questionniare which is then verified, sliced and diced, and sorted into every applicable category.

Everyone using the database submits a questionnaire that determines exactly what they are looking for, geographic limitations (if applicable), and the time frame they are working with. It also asks how much you're willing to pay, even though we know everyone will say "negotiable", but hey... it doesn't hurt to ask.

When an availability request is submitted, the GigBank System searches the database and sends an immediate email or FAX message to every match it finds and lets you know how many people have been contacted.

People reluctant to reveal who is making the inquiry can make a quasi-anonymous availability request by obtaining a temporary GigBank mailbox to receive any responses to their inquiry/request. This allows the buyer to conceal their identity should the situation require it. So if Michael Jackson is out there looking for tunes for his next LP and doesn't want anyone to know it, or if Bill Gates uses the system to find programmer talent and wants to stay anonymous when making inquiries, it's cool.
